PETALING JAYA: Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd
(MRCB) has received the settlement sum for the mutual termination of the Eastern Dispersal Link concession from the government.
CIMB Investment Bank, on behalf of MRCB, in a statement to the exchange said the sum received yesterday was RM1.325bil, which would immediately reduce MRCB’s net gearing from 0.71 times to 0.46 times.
