MyEG signs MoU to acquire stake in Cartenz


The losses were mainly due to an impairment due from an associate company amounting to RM95.45mil, and the impairment of equipment amounting to RM76.29mil.

KUALA LUMPUR: MyEG Services Bhd has entered into a memorandum of understanding to take up a 40% stake in an Indonesian e-government services provider for US$10mil (RM42mil).

The proposed strategic partnership with PT Cartenz Technology Indonesia, subject to the fulfilment of relevant terms and conditions, marked the group’s entry into the Indonesian e-Government space.
