KUALA LUMPUR: VS Industry Bhd
has entered into a three-year agreement with vacuum cleaner company Bissell to manufacture its products on box-build basis.
The agreement has commenced on Feb 27 and will be automatically extended in one year increments after the initial term, VS Industry said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
