Kerjaya Prospek secures RM227mil job


Analysts say that Kerjaya Prospek avoided seeking exposures to major public infrastructure projects such as MRT2, LRT3 and Pan Borneo Highway. Instead, the group focused on its niche of constructing high-rise buildings for private property developers

PETALING JAYA: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd, through its unit Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd, has clinched a RM227.3mil contract from Enduring Power Sdn Bhd to construct the main building for a proposed development project at Jalan Padang/Jalan Padang Walter Grenier, in Bukit Bintang.

In a statement, the construction outfit said the construction work would comprise of a single 27-storey apartment block and one 34-storey apartment block on top of a nine-storey podium car park.
