PETALING JAYA: Khee San Bhd
has received a writ of summons and statement of claim from Bank Of China (M) Bhd’s (BoC) lawyer over a loan totalling RM14.62mil plus interest.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said it had received the writ and statement dated Aug 1 through Messrs Skrine & Co for the sum and interest of 6.60% per annum on daily rest and an additional interest of 1% per annum from July 31.
