KUALA LUMPUR: Fajarbaru Builder Group Bhd and a Chinese partner have teamed up to participate in a tender called by the Energy Commission to develop a 40MWac solar photovoltaic project in Pekan, Pahang.
Fajarbaru, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, said its wholly owned subsidiary Potential Region Sdn Bhd (PRSB), had on Aug 14 entered into a joint venture agreement with China Gezhouba Group (Hong Kong) Overseas Investment Co Ltd to pursue the project.
