KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Group Holdings Bhd is seeing growth in its Indonesian operations outpacing its expectations for that market.
“The performance in Indonesia would be much stronger than what we had initially forecast. Indonesia’s pre-tax profit grew by about 20% for the first half of the year while our loan growth projection (for Indonesia) is around 5% for this year, ” CIMB group chief executive officer Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz said at a press conference.
