CIMB says banking services unaffected


The banking group said its customers were able to undertaking the transactions including via CIMB Clicks, BizChannel@CIMB and self-service terminals (for example automated teller machines and cash deposit machines).

KUALA LUMPUR: CIMB Bank Bhd and CIMB Islamic Bank Bhd maintained that its core banking system and customer data remain intact and its customers were able to perform their banking transactions despite the technical glitch.

In a statement issued on Friday, it said its customers were able to undertaking the transactions including via CIMB Clicks, BizChannel@CIMB and self-service terminals (for example automated teller machines and cash deposit machines).
