Pavilion group bullish on Bukit Jalil City mall

Yap: Despite current market conditions, there are still many regional brands interested to enter Malaysia because of our strong fundamentals and low business cost.

KUALA LUMPUR: Despite the rapid increase in the number of malls in the Klang Valley, the Pavilion group is optimistic it can achieve sales of RM1.8bil for its Pavilion Bukit Jalil City mall in the first year of operations.

Pavilion Bukit Jalil retail planner Datuk Joyce Yap said established malls would always continue to remain steady despite the sluggish retail market.
