PN17 company Brahim's ropes in food caterer MRI VC in rescue plan


KUALA LUMPUR: Financially distressed Brahim's Holdings Bhd has roped in a food catering firm to help the company raise cash.

The PN17 company, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, said it has entered into a heads of agreement (HOA) with MRI VC Bhd today to set out the basis for MRI's participation in its financial regularisation plan.
