Scomi to reorganise its monorail business


An announcement to Bursa Malaysia said that the exercise would see Datuk Adam Primus Varghese Abdullah being appointed by Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank) as the receiver and manager for the 20% stake.

PETALING JAYA: Scomi Group Bhd (SGB) will undertake an internal reorganisation of its monorail business that will see the emergence of a new shareholder with a 20% stake in the business.
