Axis REIT Managers Bhd chief executive officer and executive director Leong Kit May(pic) said the property is strategically located in the Klang Valley that is well facilitated by an existing comprehensive transportation network, which includes the Federal Highway and New Klang Valley Expressway.
PETALING JAYA: Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (Axis REIT) has acquired 5.6 acre industrial land close to Shah Alam in Selangor for RM37mil.
In a statement, Axis REIT said its trustee, RHB Trustees Bhd, had entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire the property within the Bukit Raja Industrial Area from Lion Steelworks Sdn Bhd.
