Perdana Petroleum said the minimum subscription level for the RCPS rights issue was 1.40 billion units.
KUALA LUMPUR: Perdana Petroleum Bhd
's renounceable rights issue of up to 1.55 billion new redeemable convertible preference shares (RCPS) received 94.01% valid acceptances.
The 94.01% comprised of 1.46 billion units or 1.45 billion acceptances and 12.28 million excess applications. A total of 5.99% or 93.31 million RCPS were not subscribed for.
