Uptrend of technology stocks seen continuing


Compared to the other indexes, the Bursa Malaysia Technology Index was among the top three outperforming indexes on the local bourse and it finished off on a high last year, gaining 31%. Interestingly, the sector continued to gain steadily as the year passed despite the uncertainties from the US-China trade war.

THE technology sector is set to continue its winning momentum from the previous year as the industry enters the new year.
