DRB-Hicom, MARii in collaboration to develop self-driving cars


KUALA LUMPUR: DRB-Hicom Bhd has entered into a preliminary agreement with a government agency to develop self-driving cars.

The conglomerate, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, said it had entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Malaysia Automotive, Robotics And IoT Institute (MARii) for a collaboration on the development of academic programmes, courses and on-the-job training.
