Kerjaya Prospek to build RM617m apartments for Aspen-Ikea JV

KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd has secured a RM617mil contract from Aspen Vision City Sdn Bhd to develop the proposed apartment project in Batu Kawan, Penang.

It said on Monday its unit Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd had accepted a letter of award from Aspen Vision, an indirect subsidiary of Aspen (Group) Holdings Ltd and joint venture between Aspen Group and IKEA Southeast Asia.the proposed apartment project known as “Vivo” and “Viio”.
