Quick take: Icon Offshore loses nearly half its value


Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has placed trading curbs on the securities of Icon Offshore Bhd and the Icon ordinary rights with warrants (Icon-OR) due to excessive speculation.

KUALA LUMPUR: Debt-laden offshore support vessel (OSV) operator Icon Offshore saw nearly half its share price erased on Wednesday on rising selling pressure.

At 10.30am, Icon Offshore was down 26 sen to 28 sen with 169,400 shares done.
