KUALA LUMPUR: Widad Group Bhd
has proposed to acquire the concession holder for the development and maintenance of Universiti Teknologi MARA campus in Jasin, Melaka for RM127mil.
Widad, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, said the purchase price would be satisfied by a combination of cash and the issue of up to 24.13 million new shares in Widad at 47.5 sen each.
