Sime Plantation eyeing revamp


In a report by Wall Street Journal, the world’s biggest palm oil grower by acreage is looking at options to spin off its Indonesian palm oil plantation company that could value the business at up to RM10bil.

PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Plantation Bhd is said to be mulling a multi-billion ringgit corporate exercise involving its plantation estate in Indonesia known as Minamas Plantation.
