MSM cancels deal to sell agricultural land in Perlis

PETALING JAYA: MSM Malaysia Holdings Bhd has cancelled a deal to sell agricultural land in Perlis to Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&N).

F&N said the RM156mil deal fell through as its wholly-owned subsidiary, F&N AgriValley Sdn Bhd, did not obtain the required approval from the Economic Affairs Ministry (EPU).
