MCO re-think of corporate deals


Thinking twice: F&N has said it is re-looking its plans to buy land in Perak from sugar producer MSM Malaysia.

IT does not come as a surprise that a few companies have announced that they are not going to see through the deals they had inked prior to the Covid-19 health crisis.

Notably, the crisis has sparked a nationwide movement control order (MCO), which while necessary to curb the virus’ spread, has also slammed the brakes on the economy.
