KUALA LUMPUR: Berjaya Land Bhd
’s subsidiary Berjaya (China) Great Mall Co Ltd (GMOC) has succeeded in its legal battle against Beijing SkyOcean International Holdings Ltd to secure payment of 974.07mil renminbi (RM595.45mil) from the latter in China.
BLand said on Wednesday its 51% owned GMOC had obtained a favourable arbitration award from the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) over the dispute.
