Joint offerors own 92% of Tasek


In a statement, Tasek said that the joint offerors had acquired shares in Tasek from the open market and received valid acceptances in respect of the offer, which resulted in the joint offerors collectively holding 92.12% of the total issued ordinary shares as at 5pm on June 10.

PETALING JAYA: The joint offerors of Tasek Corp Bhd collectively hold 92.12% of the total shares in Tasek (excluding treasury shares) as at 5pm yesterday.

In a statement, Tasek said that the joint offerors had acquired shares in Tasek from the open market and received valid acceptances in respect of the offer, which resulted in the joint offerors collectively holding 92.12% of the total issued ordinary shares as at 5pm on June 10.
