Top Glove earnings likely to rise on demand

Top Glove has more leeway to push through steeper ASP hikes due to its more diverse customer base.

PETALING JAYA: Top Glove Corp Bhd will release its latest financial results today and its earnings will be watched as a barometer for a number of other glove companies.

Earnings are expected to rise given the increase in demand and also pricing power available to glove companies and Top Glove is in the best position to command higher average selling prices (ASPs) for its rubber gloves, said Maybank Investment Bank Research.
