MRCB-Quill REIT remains resilient amid Covid-19

PETALING JAYA: Two research houses are positive about MRCB-Quill REIT (MQREIT), which reported first quarter core net profit of RM19.8mil on the back of RM41.7mil revenue.

RHB Research and UOB Kay Hian Malaysia Research believe the upcoming quarters would be marginally impacted by coronavirus Covid-19 since no rental assistance was offered to office tenants at large, although rental assistance was given a co-working space operator in Platinum Sentral and retail tenants in Plaza Mont’Kiara.
