Hartalega, Top Glove underpin KLCI’s advance at start of 3Q


KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia started the third quarter on Wednesday on a firmer footing, underpinned by gains in glove makers which enabled the FBM KLCI to chalk up slight gains.

At 9.14am, the KLCI was up 4.4 points or 0.29% to 1,505.37. Turnover was 643.80 million shares valued at RM209.94mil. There were 307 gainers, 139 losers and 261 counters unchanged.
