Markets bullish on news of vaccine development


In Malaysia, glove makers mostly fell as news on the Covid-19 vaccine development gathered pace on the international front, while pharmaceutical stocks recorded gains. The decliners included Supermax Corp Bhd, which fell 52 sen to RM17.88; Comfort Gloves Bhd, down nine sen to RM4.02; and Rubberex Corp (M) Bhd, which fell eight sen to RM3.56.
