KUALA LUMPUR: Ranhill Utilities Bhd is eyeing a bid to supply drinking water into Indonesia capital city Jakarta and its surrounding areas.
The company, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, said its subsidiary Ranhill Capital has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) and a consortium agreement with several parties to conduct feasibility studies and participate in a bidding process to develop drinking water system from Jatiluhur dam to Jakarta, Bekasi City, Bekasi districts, Karawang districts and Bogor districts.
