TNB buys additional stake in Jimah Energy Ventures for RM80mil

PETALING JAYA: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) has entered into sale and purchase agreements with Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan Inc’s (MBINS) to buy the latter’s 5% stake in Jimah Energy Ventures Holdings Sdn Bhd (JEVH) for RM80mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the national utility company said the purchase consideration would be paid by TNB to MBINS on completion of the acquisition.
