YNH completes second issuance of perpetual securities

PETALING JAYA: YNH Property Bhd has completed the second issuance of its perpetual securities with a nominal amount of RM87mil, which carries a coupon rate of 6.85% per annum for the first five years.

The issuance, which is under its RM750mil unrated perpetual securities programme, has no maturity date and is redeemable by YNH at its option at the end of five years after issuance and on each semi-annual coupon payment date thereafter, the property developer said.
