Samaiden gets green light for Ace Market listing


Group managing director Chow Pui Hee (pic) said bulk of the IPO proceeds would be utilised for working capital and business expenditure as Samaiden taps into regional markets, starting with Vietnam.

PETALING JAYA: Samaiden Group Bhd has been given the green light to list on the Ace Market of Bursa Malaysia.

The group’s initial public offering (IPO) exercise will involve the public issue of 61.16 million new ordinary shares, where 10.5 million units will be made available for application by the Malaysian public.
