KUALA LUMPUR: DRB-Hicom Bhd
has appointed Tan Sri Wan Zulkiflee Wan Ariffin as its non executive chairman effective Sept 1.
The former chief at Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petrona) joined DRB-Hicom on Aug 1 as an independent director.
Wan Zulkiflee will replace Datuk Mohammad Zainal Shaari, who is resigning on August 31.
