Rally in glove makers, pharmas losing steam again


KUALA LUMPUR: The rally in makers and pharmaceutical companies, whose share price surged to record highs in recent months, seem to be losing steam again on Wednesday due to their expensive valuations.

At 3.05pm, the FBM KLCI was up 7.36 points or 0.48% to 1,528.79. Turnover was 1.52 billion shares valued at RM8.16bil. There were 490 gainers, 535 losers and 409 counters unchanged.
