Samaiden to issue 61.15 million new shares under IPO


Samaiden was represented by its group managing director, Chow Pui Hee and AIBB by Joel Kornreich, the group CEO of Alliance Bank Malaysia Bhd.

PETALING JAYA: Engineering company Samaiden Group Bhd plans to issue 61.15 million new shares as it seeks to list on the Ace Market of Bursa Malaysia.

It has signed an underwriting agreement with Alliance Investment Bank Bhd (AIBB), the principal adviser, sponsor, sole underwriter and placement agent for Samaiden.
