PETALING JAYA: Tiong Nam Logistics Holdings Bhd is proposing to issue 67.05 million new shares at RM0.4354 per subscription share to raise RM29.2mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the logistics firm said the bulk of the proceeds would be for capital expenditure for business expansion purposes.
