KUALA LUMPUR: Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd
’s 203.60 million new convertible redeemable preference shares (CRPS) will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia next Monday, Nov 23.
The company said on Friday the CRPS were issued under a private placement exercise.
