Taliworks powers up defensive earnings profile

Taliworks executive director Datuk Ronnie Lim says that the four projects with a total capacity of 19MW would be able to immediately generate a RM10mil to RM12mil yearly profit after tax –assuming the acquisition had been effected on Jan 1,2019.

Taliworks Corp Bhd is the latest listed company to venture into the booming renewable energy business.

Its maiden entry into solar power generation is timely, considering that its 25-year water treatment, supply and distribution concession in Langkawi just expired in October 2020.
