PETALING JAYA: Maybank Islamic Bhd has launched a new closed-ended investment account, Multi-Asset Investment Account-i (MAIA), which seeks to offer higher and stable returns of 4.25% per annum for a three-year placement.

In a statement, the bank said MAIA aimed to maximise investment returns by investing equally in its diversified portfolio of stable financing assets and Islamic marketable securities.
