Majuperak’s RM12.5m strategic investment in Nexusbase


Majuperak’s group CEO Nizran Noordin said this marks the group’s foray in the property market outside Perak, tapping into the vast opportunities in the Klang Valley.

KUALA LUMPUR: Majuperak Holdings Bhd is buying a 51% stake in property developer Nexusbase Development Sdn Bhd (NDSB) for RM12.50mil which is undertaking a property project in Pekan Hicom, Petaling.

Majuperak said on Friday it was buying the stake from Sloane Infinity Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd.
