is planning to acquire 3.3 hectares of land near Jalan Kuchai in Kuala Lumpur for RM85mil cash.
The company. in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today. said its had entered into a deal with Frazel Lux Sdn Bhd to buy the freehold vacant land.
