KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia closed on a slightly firmer note on Thursday with trading focus on small capitalised stocks while glove stocks and semicon and tech-related stocks were mixed.

Firmer crude oil prices gave Petronas-related stocks a boost.
