KUALA LUMPUR: Tiles manufacturer and information technology (IT) company Yi-Lai Bhd’s 2-for-3 bonus issue has received the approval of Bursa Malaysia Securities.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Yi-Lai said Bursa had approved the listing of and quotation for 97.04 million bonus shares, to be issued pursuant to the proposed bonus issue, on the Main Market.
