New substantial shareholder emerges in Gabungan AQRS


KUALA LUMPUR: Gabungan AQRS Bhd (GBG) said Datuk Kamisah Johan has emerged as its substantial shareholder after acquiring 49.34 million, or 9.1% stake in a private placement exercise.

Kamisah, 44, is the founder and group executive chairman of Rembawang Holdings Sdn Bhd. A self-made entrepreneur, Kamisah has more than 10 years of experience in the property development sector.
