IJM Construction bags two contracts worth RM327.6mil in KL, Penang


Mezzo, the first and a key residential component of The Light City with stunning views of the Penang Straits, had its soft launch in February this year.

KUALA LUMPUR: IJM Construction Sdn Bhd has secured two contracts, an RM89.8 million contract for the construction of infrastructure building and public realms’ works at Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Kuala Lumpur, and another contract worth RM237.8 million for the construction of Mezzo residential tower at The Light City, Gelugor, Penang.

For the first contract which was awarded by TRX City Sdn Bhd, is to undertake civil and structural and architectural works; mechanical and electrical services; both hardscape and softscape works; signages and wayfinding as well as amenities in the international financial district.
