RHB ‘s head of group retail distribution, Alex Lim (pic, below) said the requirement for prior appointment for branch visits is part of the precautionary measure to ensure the health and safety of all its customers.

KUALA LUMPUR: Customers will have to make appointments to visit RHB Bank/ RHB Islamic Bank branches in the Klang Valley effective next Tuesday, June 8 until further notice.

RHB Banking Group said in a statement on Friday this new procedure would be in force throughout the Movement Control Order (MCO) starting June 8 until further notice.
