Accolade said the purchase by UEM Land further affirms its confidence in the Taman Connaught location and its development vision.

PETALING JAYA: Developer Accolade Land Sdn Bhd, is looking for opportunities to acquire strategic landbank within the Klang Valley.

This comes following the sale of 6.86 acres of prime freehold land in Taman Connaught, Cheras, to UEM Sunrise Bhd for a total consideration of RM197mil.
