PETALING JAYA: Permodalan Nasional Bhd’s (PNB) wholly-owned subsidiary, PNB Merdeka Ventures, has marked a major milestone as the construction of its iconic Merdeka 118 has reached its peak at Level 118 to become the tallest building in Malaysia.

In a statement, PNB Merdeka Ventures said upon its completion in 2022, the tower would reach its full height of at least 644 metres, set to become the tallest building in South-East Asia.
