Apollo Food unit to suspend ops for disinfection


Apollo Food expects its unit to resume operations on June 23 or earlier, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities.

PETALING JAYA: Apollo Food Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Apollo Food Industries (M) Sdn Bhd, will temporarily stop operations at its plant for disinfection purposes.

It said it had received notice from the Health Ministry to temporarily stop operations “for the disinfection of premises or to help curb the spread of Covid-19.”
