KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI closed lower on Friday on worries over a continuing surge of new Covid-19 cases and ongoing political noises.
At 5pm, the 30-stock index was down 5.98 points, or 0.4% to 1,489.80 after moving between 1,498.59 and 1,486.05 throughout the day. The FBM KLCI finished down 0.32% for the week.
