Majuperak and PKNP in land swap deal


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Majuperak said MERSB has proposed to dispose of four plots of land to PKNP for RM100mil and another proposed acquisition of three plots of land from PKNP for RM140mil.

KUALA LUMPUR: Majuperak Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Majuperak Energy Resources Sdn Bhd (MERSB), has entered into a land swap agreement with the Perak State Development Corp (PKNP) with a total value of RM240mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Majuperak said MERSB has proposed to dispose of four plots of land to PKNP for RM100mil and another proposed acquisition of three plots of land from PKNP for RM140mil.
